Question 1

How does delivery work for medical facilities and funeral homes in Whitehouse?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the senior living campuses and medical clinics in this village require a specific room number or wing name. For services at local funeral homes, provide the name of the deceased to ensure flowers are placed in the correct chapel before the visitation begins. These details allow us to navigate multi-building layouts and reach the correct interior location.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the recipient's door rather than shipped in a box. In this low-density village where many homes have long driveways and large front lawns, we need to know if there is a specific side door or porch used for deliveries. Providing these details ensures the arrangement is placed exactly where the resident expects to find it.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we place the flowers in a sheltered spot on the porch and leave a notification for the resident. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of equal value and similar color to maintain the design. A recipient's phone number is required to resolve access issues for properties with long private drives or exterior gates.
