Question 1

How does delivery work for medical clinics, funeral homes, or offices in Swanton?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to funeral homes on the village’s residential streets, you must provide the scheduled service time at checkout. Include the department or suite number for the medical clinics and professional offices located near the center of town. These details ensure the driver delivers to the correct room rather than leaving the order at a general lobby or reception desk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

Each order is hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the rural routes and deep residential lots found throughout the city. Provide specific instructions for homes with long driveways or properties that sit far back from the road. This ensures the arrangement reaches the front porch instead of being left at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

When a recipient is away, the driver identifies a delivery spot shielded from the high winds typical of the local flat terrain. If a specific bloom is unavailable, the florist uses a replacement of equal value that preserves the arrangement’s shape and size. A recipient phone number helps the driver navigate properties with gated entrances or restricted driveway access.
