7-Day Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee your flowers will stay fresh for at least 7 days from delivery. If your flowers wilt prematurely within this period, contact us for a replacement or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your arrangement arrives damaged or differs significantly from what you ordered:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
2. Provide photos of the arrangement showing the issue
3. Include your order number and delivery address

We will arrange a replacement delivery or issue a full refund within 3-5 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. For same-day orders, cancellations must be made within 1 hour of placing the order.

Substitutions

Due to seasonal availability, we may need to make minor substitutions to your arrangement. We always substitute with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and design of your selection.

If you have specific requirements or allergies, please note them during checkout. Substitutions are not grounds for a refund unless they significantly alter the character of the arrangement.

Non-Delivery

If we are unable to complete your delivery due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability (after multiple attempts), or access restrictions, we will contact you to reschedule. A redelivery fee may apply.

Orders that cannot be delivered due to customer-provided incorrect information are not eligible for refund.
