Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local businesses and residential streets in Tontogany?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to single-family homes on the residential grid and to the small storefronts in the center of the village. Since most buildings here do not have centralized reception desks or mailrooms, you must provide a specific desk or department name at checkout. This ensures the driver can navigate directly to the recipient within these smaller, multi-use spaces.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the village’s layout?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered by drivers who move from the open county roads into the concentrated residential side streets. Most properties here feature open-access porches rather than secured lobbies, so we walk the arrangement directly to the front door. Providing details about side-door access or preferred porch locations helps the driver place the flowers safely out of view from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, we place the arrangement in a spot on the porch protected from the wind coming off the surrounding flat fields. If a specific stem is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the original color and size. Including the recipient’s phone number is necessary so we can contact them if the property appears unoccupied or if the driveway is obstructed.
