Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large medical complexes and office buildings in Toledo?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the expansive medical campuses and high-rise office buildings found throughout the city. You must include the specific wing, suite number, or department name at checkout so the driver can locate the correct reception desk or secure entrance. This information is necessary because these large facilities often have multiple restricted access points and separate loading zones.

Question 2

How are the flowers transported and delivered across different types of Toledo properties?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to account for the city's transition from high-density urban blocks to spread-out suburban streets. For downtown deliveries, providing loading zone details or entry codes helps drivers manage limited parking and secure lobby access. In residential areas, we deliver directly to the main entrance or a designated side door if instructed.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

When a recipient is not home, we utilize the covered porches found on many local houses or leave the item with a nearby neighbor. For deliveries to manufacturing facilities or gated communities, a working recipient phone number is required to coordinate the hand-off at security checkpoints. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute a similar bloom that preserves the overall style and scale of the arrangement.
