Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and medical facilities in Maumee?

Accepted Answer

Maumee features many multi-building professional campuses and medical offices where one street address covers several structures. You must provide the specific building letter and suite number at checkout so the delivery reaches the correct office. These details ensure the arrangement is not left at a general parking gate or the wrong building entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and businesses in this area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of large corporate parks and residential streets. For business deliveries, please specify if there is a preferred side entrance or a central reception desk for visitors. At residential addresses, providing details about porch access or gate codes helps prevent delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a business campus is away from their desk, we leave the flowers with an office receptionist or security station. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar variety that maintains the same scale and color palette. Providing a direct phone number for the recipient helps us resolve issues with locked office doors or secured residential entrances.
