Question 1

Can I send flowers to the medical offices and professional suites in Holland?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we deliver to the various medical complexes and professional office parks throughout the village. You must provide the specific suite number and department name at checkout to ensure the driver can navigate these multi-tenant buildings. For offices with controlled lobby access, including a direct phone number for the recipient allows the driver to coordinate the hand-off.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas and business corridors in Holland?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered by a local driver to maintain the arrangement's form. In suburban residential areas, flowers are left at the front door or on protected porches if the recipient is not home. For businesses along the main commercial thoroughfares, deliveries are made to the primary reception desk or designated mail room.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable at a home address, the driver leaves the arrangement in a safe location and contacts the recipient. When a specific flower is not in stock, the florist replaces it with a bloom of equal value that matches the original color and size. Providing gate codes for private residential entries helps prevent the driver from having to turn back.
