Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large medical campuses and professional office parks in this city?

Accepted Answer

You must provide the specific building letter, wing, and suite number for all deliveries to the city’s multi-building office complexes and medical campuses. These sites have multiple entrances, and a street address alone does not allow access to individual departments. Providing a specific floor or department name ensures the courier can navigate past main reception desks to the correct internal office.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas with different layouts?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of historic street-front homes and newer gated subdivisions. For properties in gated communities, you must provide the entry code or confirm the resident's name is on the gate attendant's list. If the home is in the historic district where doors are close to the sidewalk, please specify if there is a side porch or rear entrance to keep the arrangement secure.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

When a recipient is unavailable, we look for a neighbor or a sheltered porch area to leave the flowers and then notify the recipient. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a bloom of the same color and value to maintain the style of the arrangement. Providing a secondary phone number for the recipient helps our drivers coordinate access at properties with long driveways or secured building entrances.
