Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local offices and residential areas?

Accepted Answer

Provide the suite number or building letter for deliveries to the small professional centers and medical clinics clustered along the main thoroughfares. For residential areas with gated entrances, include the access code at checkout. These details ensure the driver can reach the front door directly rather than leaving the item at a perimeter gate or shared entrance.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a home in this area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered and never shipped in a box. Because many homes here have deep setbacks or long driveways, please specify if the delivery should go to a front porch or a side entrance. Clear instructions help the driver locate the correct door on properties where the house is not clearly visible from the street.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flower selection?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will leave the flowers in a sheltered area or with a neighbor. If a specific flower is unavailable, a designer will use a different bloom of equal value that matches the original style. Including a recipient phone number helps the driver navigate properties with restricted access or long, private driveways.
