Question 1

How do you coordinate delivery to medical sites and office parks?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the low-rise professional buildings and medical suites that share large, central parking plazas. Provide the suite number and the building name at checkout so the driver can find the correct entrance among the multiple detached offices. This ensures the delivery reaches the right reception area in complexes where many businesses share one street address.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to local homes and apartment complexes?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the front door of residential houses or the lobby of multi-unit apartment complexes. For properties with long driveways or shared entry gates, please include the gate code or specific door instructions at checkout. These details help us navigate residential layouts where homes are set back significantly from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, we place the flowers in a secure spot like a porch or leave them with a building attendant at secured residential sites. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a replacement that matches the original style and value. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps us resolve access issues for homes with locked vestibules or remote entry points.
