Question 1

How are deliveries handled for different building types in Waterford Works?

Accepted Answer

For residential properties set back from the road or located on wooded lots, include the house number and any gate codes for private driveways at checkout. For professional offices along the main corridors, provide the suite number and specific building name. These details ensure the driver finds the correct entrance on properties that are not always visible from the street.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for homes in this area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the long driveways and spread-out layouts common in this community. Boxed shipping is not used because packages are often left too far from the residence on these larger lots. Providing instructions for porch access or side entrances helps ensure the flowers are placed securely at the home.

Question 3

How do you manage unavailable recipients or missing flower varieties?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will look for a sheltered area on the property or a neighbor to accept the delivery. If a specific flower is out of stock, a similar bloom of equal value is used to avoid any delays. Providing a recipient phone number is the best way to prevent failed deliveries when a property is gated or difficult to access from the road.
