Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the township's dense medical campuses and professional office parks, you must provide the specific suite number or department name at checkout. Drivers typically leave arrangements at a central reception desk or security station rather than individual rooms due to facility protocols. These details ensure the gift is correctly routed within these large, multi-tenant buildings.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to navigate the township's mix of busy commercial corridors and residential cul-de-sacs. For deliveries to gated communities or secured apartment buildings, please include the entry code or specific instructions for the call box. This information allows the driver to reach the front door and avoids delays at exterior security gates.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable at a gated or restricted-access property, we will call them to coordinate a safe drop-off location. When a specific flower is out of stock, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the original color and style. Providing an accurate phone number for the recipient is the most effective way to prevent a failed delivery at secured locations.
