Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals and residential buildings in Waterford?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to detached residential homes and single-story assisted living facilities throughout the town. For healthcare deliveries, enter the specific room number and building wing during checkout. For homes set back from the road on larger wooded lots, include instructions for navigating the driveway or gate.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to accommodate the local layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to account for the town's spread-out residential layout and wooded areas. Because many properties have long driveways, drivers need clear access to the front door or a designated porch drop-off point. Providing a gate code or specific house-front description helps the driver reach the correct entrance.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the arrangement in a sheltered area near the main entrance of the house. If a specific stem is unavailable, a similar flower is substituted to keep the arrangement's size and shape. Entering the recipient's phone number helps the driver verify the location at properties where mailboxes are positioned away from the actual home.
