Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional plazas and apartment complexes in Berlin Township?

Accepted Answer

Many professional offices and medical plazas along the main corridors share a single street address. Provide the specific suite number and building letter so the driver can locate the correct entrance within these multi-unit clusters. For residential garden-style apartments, include the floor number and any gate codes required for entry.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential homes and businesses in this area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to navigate the mix of busy commercial roads and residential side streets. Drivers walk the items to the front door of homes or the main desk of professional offices. Including details about long driveways or specific entrance locations helps the driver find the right drop-off point.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower variety is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the driver leaves the arrangement in a secure spot at the residence or with a nearby neighbor. If a specific flower is not in stock, a replacement of equal value is used to keep the arrangement full. A working phone number for the recipient and a specific unit number for multi-building complexes are the best ways to prevent a failed delivery.
