Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to offices and homes in Gibbsboro?

Accepted Answer

Provide the suite number for professional offices located in the low-rise complexes set back from the main road. For residential addresses, note if the house is visible from the street or tucked behind a wooded driveway. These details help the driver find the correct entrance on properties with heavy tree cover.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered to Gibbsboro residents?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to navigate the borough’s narrow, winding roads and private driveways. Include specific access instructions if the property has a long entrance or is located on a steep, wooded lot. This ensures the driver finds the porch rather than leaving the arrangement at the roadside.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will seek a sheltered spot away from the wooded property edges. If a specific bloom is out of stock, a similar flower is chosen to complete the arrangement. Providing a recipient’s phone number is essential for properties with closed gates or long, obscured driveways.
