Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional buildings or funeral homes in this area?

Accepted Answer

For properties located along the busy main corridors, please include the business or chapel name during checkout. This helps the driver identify the correct turn-off from high-speed roads where street numbers are small or hidden. Precise building names are necessary to distinguish between neighboring commercial sites and private residential entrances.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand to the door?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door to account for the large residential lots and long driveways typical of this area. Please provide gate codes or driveway access details for homes set back far from the main road. Direct hand delivery prevents arrangements from being left at the street or near roadside mailbox posts.

Question 3

What happens if the person is not there to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will find a secure, shaded spot on the porch or contact the sender for instructions. If a specific stem is out of stock, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the original color palette. Including the recipient’s phone number is vital for navigating properties where house numbers are difficult to see from the road.
