Question 1

How does delivery work for medical offices and senior living complexes in Winslow Township?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the township's senior residential complexes and professional offices require a room or suite number at checkout. These buildings use central reception areas where drivers must leave items for staff to distribute. Including the specific wing or building letter ensures the flowers reach the correct resident in these multi-section properties.

Question 2

Are flowers delivered by hand or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered because the township’s layout of residential subdivisions and large wooded lots requires direct door-to-door service. We do not use boxed shipping for any orders in this area. Providing details about long driveways or specific property entrances helps the driver find the front door without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we look for a porch or side entrance that is not visible from the street. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute a bloom of equal value that matches the original color scheme. A recipient phone number is necessary to resolve access issues for properties with perimeter fences or gated entries.
