Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and medical buildings in Berlin?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the professional office suites and medical complexes that line the main thoroughfares. You must provide the suite letter and the business name to ensure the driver enters the correct unit in these spread-out commercial plazas. For residential deliveries, specify if the building is a single-family home or a multi-unit townhouse.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered directly to the door, navigating the mix of residential streets and wooded lots. The driver places the arrangement at the primary entrance of the house rather than leaving it at a mail cluster or roadside box. Mentioning if the property has a long, unpaved driveway ensures the driver uses the correct access point.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

Drivers will utilize the covered porches or side entries common to the area's detached homes if the recipient is unavailable. When a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a stem of equal value that maintains the same color and style. Providing a gate code for private drives or a secondary phone number prevents delivery failures.
