Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to different types of properties in Hammonton?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to both compact apartments located above downtown storefronts and large agricultural properties with long driveways. Provide the specific floor or suite number for multi-use buildings and any gate codes required for farmstead access at checkout. These details ensure our drivers find the correct entrance on properties that sit far back from the main road.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered given the layout of the city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of busy street-front businesses and rural residential lanes. For properties with limited street parking or deep setbacks, please specify if there is a side porch or designated delivery entrance. This information helps avoid delays when accessing houses with large acreage or restricted vehicle entry.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we place the arrangement on a covered porch or in a secure spot away from the sidewalk in denser residential blocks. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value to keep the order on schedule. Noting if a rural property has a perimeter fence or loose animals helps us determine if a delivery can be safely left at the door.
