Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various residential and professional sites in Winslow?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to our gated active adult communities or professional office suites along the main highways, please provide the specific entry code or building number at checkout. Our drivers navigate large residential subdivisions and business complexes that often have multiple entrances or shared access points. Providing a specific department or gate instruction ensures the flowers reach the correct desk or front door.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the township’s mix of busy corridors and quiet streets?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered by drivers who transition from the high-speed commercial highways to our winding residential side streets. If the delivery is for a property with a long driveway or a house set far back from the road, please mention any visible markers or gate requirements. This information allows the driver to find the correct home when mailboxes are grouped together or house numbers are obscured.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a secure spot on the porch or a side entry protected from the wind on our more open residential lots. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar variety that keeps the same look and feel of your chosen arrangement. Including a recipient's phone number helps us resolve issues with shared driveways or unclear property lines common in the more rural parts of the township.
