Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to homes and public buildings in Van Buren?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to residential front porches and the main office of the local school campus. Provide the specific department or building wing for deliveries to the school to ensure it reaches the correct desk. Including a description of the house color or mailbox location helps our team find properties set back from the main village roads.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for this specific area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the residential layout of the village. Most deliveries are placed at the primary entrance of single-family homes or left at side doors if requested. Providing details about long driveways or specific porch instructions helps us complete the drop-off without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the flowers are left in a secure spot on the porch or with a nearby neighbor. When a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a similar bloom of equal value. Including a recipient phone number is the best way to ensure the driver finds the right property on the rural routes outside the village center.
