Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the funeral homes and small professional offices located along the village's main central corridor. Provide the specific service time or suite number at checkout to ensure the flowers reach the correct room. For residential orders, please specify if the delivery should go to a side door or the main front entrance.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to handle the deep front yards and varied porch styles common in this residential layout. Drivers use both parallel street parking and private driveways to bring the arrangement directly to the door rather than leaving it at a curb. Providing a description of the house color or porch location helps us find the right home in areas where house numbers are small.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we utilize the open porch access found on most local properties to leave the gift in a sheltered spot. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar bloom that maintains the color and size of the arrangement. A valid phone number for the recipient helps us navigate properties with fenced yards or side-entry porches to ensure a successful hand-off.
