Question 1

How does delivery work for addresses in Wayne?

Accepted Answer

Enter the exact house number and any specific porch or entrance details at checkout. Since this village consists of single-family homes and small shops rather than high-rise buildings, drivers look for street-facing numbers to identify the delivery site. If the property is a multi-unit house, include the specific door or unit letter to avoid confusion.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to local properties?

Accepted Answer

Each order is hand-delivered to the recipient's door or office entrance. Because homes in this area feature open porches rather than secured lobbies, the driver will place the item in a sheltered spot if no one is home. Specify if the property has a long driveway or a fence that might block access to the main door.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will leave the flowers in a safe location on the property or with a nearby neighbor. If a specific flower is out of stock, a substitution of equal value is made to ensure the order is delivered on the requested day. Including a recipient phone number helps the driver navigate properties that are set back from the street.
