Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to major employers and the university campus in Findlay?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the reception desks of the large corporate headquarters and the main information kiosks at the medical complex. For university housing, you must provide the specific hall name and the recipient's mobile number to ensure the driver can access the correct building on the open campus. Including a suite or floor number is required for all downtown office buildings to navigate the multi-story layouts.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas across the city?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the city’s transition from dense downtown blocks to wide-set suburban properties. For residences with long private drives or gated entrances common on the city’s outskirts, please provide the access code or specific gate instructions at checkout. This ensures the driver can move from the main road to the front door without a secondary trip.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable at a workplace or manufacturing site?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is working a specific shift at a manufacturing plant or is unavailable in a secured office, the driver will leave the arrangement with the authorized security desk or lobby attendant. Providing the specific department or shift time helps ensure the flowers reach the recipient during their scheduled hours. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value that matches the original color and size.
