Question 1

Does the florist deliver to all locations in Rawson?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential addresses within the village and to rural properties located on surrounding township roads. Provide the house number and the specific road letter or number at checkout. This information ensures the driver identifies the correct entrance in areas where homes are spaced far apart or share a common access point.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door because the town layout consists of single-family homes with accessible porches. Mention if the house is part of a rural route or has a long driveway that requires the driver to leave the main paved road. Specific entry instructions help the driver navigate properties that do not have traditional street-side parking.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, the driver leaves the flowers at a side door or on a covered porch to keep them out of view from the road. When a flower is out of stock, we provide a substitute of the same value and color. Providing a description of the home or the name of the nearest intersecting county road reduces the risk of a failed delivery on large residential lots.
