Question 1

How does delivery work for local facilities and offices?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential homes, funeral chapels, and the small business offices located along the main village corridor. For deliveries to the local school or senior living facility, you must provide the specific wing or entrance door at checkout. These details are necessary because these larger buildings have multiple access points that are not always visible from the street.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to ensure it reaches the recipient safely in our small-town environment. For homes situated on the rural outskirts, please specify if the property has a long driveway or is located behind a farm structure. This information helps our drivers navigate the transition from the paved village streets to the gravel paths of the surrounding countryside.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues with the recipient or the order?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we will leave the arrangement in a secure area, such as a screened-in porch or behind a porch pillar. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a bloom of equal value that keeps the same look. Providing a secondary phone number is essential for rural deliveries where house numbers are frequently obscured by roadside foliage or farm equipment.
