Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, or secured buildings in Bloomdale?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to our low-rise medical centers and public offices require specific room or suite numbers because these buildings lack a central concierge or front desk. For residential deliveries on the town's outskirts, provide the house number and any gate codes for properties with long, fenced-in driveways. This ensures the correct entrance is located without the driver needing to search open acreage.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the city’s layout affect my order?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to account for the local mix of porch-fronted houses and rural mailboxes. Drivers navigate the transition from the paved central grid to unpaved peripheral roads to reach your recipient. Provide side-door access or specific porch instructions to keep arrangements shielded on open, flat lots.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we look for a shaded spot on the porch, as many local homes lack natural windbreaks or overhead cover. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the original color palette. Providing a secondary contact number helps us reach recipients at properties where the front door is set back far from the main road.
