Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential homes and small village buildings that do not have central reception desks or mailrooms. You must provide the exact house number and specify if the delivery should go to a side door or the front porch. This ensures the driver identifies the correct property among the widely spaced lots and rural-style residences.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the door because the local layout consists of open-access properties rather than secured high-rises. Our drivers navigate the long gravel driveways and deep setbacks that are typical of homes in this flat, open landscape. Providing details about property gates or specific driveway entrances helps us reach the home without delay.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we leave the arrangement in a sheltered area on the porch to protect it from exposure on these open lots. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar bloom of equal value that matches the original color and style. Including a contact number for the recipient is necessary for properties where the house is not clearly visible from the main road.
