Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large estates and horse farms in Upper Freehold?

Accepted Answer

Provide the gate access code or specific entrance name for properties set back from the main road. Many residences here are located on long private drives or agricultural estates that require clear entry instructions at checkout. This information allows the driver to reach the primary house or farm office directly.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties in this rural area?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to manage the low-density layout and unpaved private roads common in the township. Drivers navigate multi-acre lots to bring the flowers directly to the door rather than leaving them at a mailbox or distant property line. Detailed descriptions of fence types or gate markers help ensure the driver identifies the correct entrance on these large plots.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, flowers are placed in a protected area near the front door to shield them from wind on open acreage. Because neighbors are often located a significant distance away, provide a recipient phone number so the driver can confirm a safe drop-off point. If a flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a variety of equal value that matches the original color palette.
