Question 1

Location Confirmation

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to town center offices or small medical clinics, enter the room or suite number at checkout. For residential properties on the surrounding farm plots, include specific gate codes or descriptions of the driveway entrance. These details allow the driver to access properties that are fenced or set back far from the road.

Question 2

Delivery Method

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered directly to the door of residences and small businesses. The rural layout involves long driveways and properties set deep into the acreage. Providing gate codes or notes about property entrances helps the driver find the front door on large, spread-out lots.

Question 3

Edge Cases

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver looks for a safe, shaded area or contacts the sender for permission to leave the gift with a neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a replacement of equal value that preserves the design style. A recipient phone number is required to help the driver navigate properties that are not easily visible from the main road.
