Question 1

Do you deliver to hospitals, offices, and funeral homes in Hamilton Township?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the medical campuses and professional office complexes throughout the township. For medical facilities, provide the department or room number to assist with internal delivery protocols. Including a suite or floor number for office parks helps the courier locate the correct reception desk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and apartments in this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the door of suburban houses and multi-unit complexes. For residential subdivisions, provide any gate codes or instructions for finding specific buildings within a large property. This information helps us navigate the township's spread-out residential layouts.

Question 3

What happens if the person is not there or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we leave the flowers in a secure spot like a porch or with a building concierge. If a specific stem is unavailable, we use a similar flower of equal value to maintain the arrangement's size and style. Providing the recipient's phone number helps us resolve access issues at gated communities or secured office entries.
