Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to large rural estates or equestrian farms, provide any gate codes or specific entry instructions at checkout. This information allows us to navigate long driveways and reach the main residence or office. Accurate entry details are necessary because many properties are set back significantly from the public road.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

Deliveries are made by hand to the front door of residential homes and farm properties. The sprawling layout of this area means we rely on clear house numbers at the road to identify the correct entrance. Please specify if the delivery should go to a side porch or a specific building on the property.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we place the arrangement in a secure spot shielded from the road, such as a covered porch. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value. Including a recipient phone number helps us coordinate access if we encounter perimeter fencing or livestock.
