Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large estates and rural properties in Millstone?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to equestrian properties and large estates require any active gate codes or specific instructions for long, private driveways. Provide the name of the farm or property at checkout so the driver can identify the correct entrance from the rural roadside. These details ensure the flowers reach the primary residence instead of being left at a distant perimeter gate.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a home in this area?

Accepted Answer

A driver hand-delivers the arrangement by navigating the town's winding roads and deep residential lots. Because many homes are set far back from the street, the driver brings the flowers directly to the front door rather than leaving them near the road. Including the recipient's phone number helps the driver coordinate access for houses with long driveways or security gates.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver looks for a shaded and weather-protected spot near the main entrance of the property. When a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value that matches the intended look. Providing a secondary contact for a neighbor or property manager is helpful for deliveries to large, secluded estates.
