Question 1

How do you ensure flowers reach the correct person in Millstone Township?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the primary entrance of residential estates, agricultural properties, and local offices. Provide the gate access code and any specific instructions for finding the front door on properties with multiple buildings. These details prevent drivers from stopping at staff entrances or side gates.

Question 2

How does the township layout affect the delivery of my order?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered rather than shipped in cardboard boxes. Since many homes sit on large lots with deep setbacks from the road, drivers rely on clear house numbers and mailbox markings to identify the correct driveway. Including a description of the property entrance helps avoid delays on long, unmarked rural roads.

Question 3

What occurs if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, the driver will leave the flowers in a protected area near the door, as the distance between properties makes leaving them with a neighbor difficult. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a bloom of the same color and value. A contact number for the recipient allows the driver to resolve gate or driveway access issues immediately.
