Question 1

How does flower delivery work for offices and gated properties in Robbinsville Township?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to corporate business parks and gated residential clusters require a specific suite number or gate code at checkout. Providing a direct phone number for the recipient helps the driver navigate secure entry points. This ensures the flowers are left at the correct internal desk or private door.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the township's suburban and commercial layout?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to navigate the township's mix of long residential driveways and secured complexes. Drivers require clear instructions for side-door access or gate entry to avoid delays. This method ensures the arrangement is placed securely at the threshold rather than left in a shared package room.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable at a home or office?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present, the driver will leave the flowers in a secure, shaded area near the primary entrance. When a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar flower of equal value. Providing a recipient's phone number is necessary to manage access into the many gated properties found throughout the township.
