Question 1

How do you ensure delivery reaches the correct address in Roosevelt?

Accepted Answer

Many residential buildings in this town face shared greenbelts and pedestrian footways instead of the main road. At checkout, please specify if the front door is accessed via a footpath or a shared interior lane. This information is required to identify the correct porch in areas where house numbers are not visible from the street.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to properties with limited vehicle access?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the town’s layout of narrow lanes and clustered homes. We walk the flowers directly to the door to avoid leaving them at roadside mailboxes or in shared parking areas. Please include notes about specific gates or porch entrances that are not directly on the pavement.

Question 3

What is the process for missed deliveries or flower substitutions?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, we try to leave the flowers with a neighbor in the same housing cluster or in a sheltered spot on the property. If a specific flower is out of stock, we provide a substitute of the same value and style. Sharing the recipient’s phone number helps us navigate the interior footpaths if the building is difficult to locate.
