Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings in Allentown?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific floor or suite number for deliveries to the historic district's mixed-use buildings. For the surrounding rural acreage and estates, include gate codes or specific instructions for long private driveways. These details help the driver identify the correct entrance among tightly packed historic storefronts and set-back residential properties.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the city's layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to ensure it arrives intact at street-front historic homes or secluded rural residences. In the borough center, indicate if there is a side-door or specific apartment buzzer for multi-tenant buildings. For properties with significant acreage, let us know if the delivery should be left at a main gate or a specific service entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home at a residence with direct sidewalk access, the driver will attempt to find a sheltered spot or contact the recipient via the required phone number. For deliveries to gated equestrian estates, the recipient's phone number is used to coordinate entry and avoid a failed delivery. If a specific stem is unavailable, a substitute of equal value will be used to maintain the arrangement's size and style.
