Question 1

How do you ensure flowers are delivered correctly to homes and the local university campus?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the university campus require the building name and specific room or department number to navigate through central receiving or security desks. For residential areas with houses built close together, provide the house number and a description of the front door or porch location. These details help the driver identify the correct property in dense blocks where entrances are often similar.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the city's mix of multi-story residential homes and administrative campus offices. Drivers navigate the narrow side streets and short private driveways to place flowers directly at the front door or inside a building lobby. Including gate codes or specific building entry instructions is necessary for accessing secured residential clusters and campus facilities.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available to receive the delivery?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is not home, the driver will leave the arrangement in a secure spot like a covered porch or with a building concierge. For campus deliveries, flowers are left at the designated mailroom or front desk if the recipient cannot be reached. Providing the recipient's phone number helps the driver coordinate access to restricted campus housing or shared residential entrances.
