Question 1

How do I ensure delivery to the large medical complexes or office buildings in Lyndhurst?

Accepted Answer

You must provide the specific building wing, floor, or department name at checkout. This information allows our drivers to navigate the sprawling parking lots and multiple entrances found throughout the city’s corporate and medical campuses. Including a direct phone number for the recipient helps us confirm they are available to receive the delivery.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas and gated communities?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to maintain the condition of the flowers. In suburban residential areas, we deliver directly to the front door of the home. For gated townhome communities or senior living complexes, providing the gate code or building access number prevents delays at the entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available when the driver arrives?

Accepted Answer

At residential addresses, we leave the flowers in a safe spot at the front door if the house number is clearly visible. For deliveries to office campuses, we leave the arrangement with the designated reception desk or building security. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original color and size.
