Question 1

Can flowers be delivered to the large medical campuses and secured buildings in Mayfield Heights?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we deliver to both expansive medical campuses and secured multi-story residential complexes. At checkout, you must provide the specific department name for medical buildings or the entry code for gated residential properties. These details allow our drivers to bypass general public areas and reach the correct security desk or unit entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to recipients in this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of high-density professional offices and residential side streets in Mayfield Heights. We do not use boxed shipping or third-party couriers. Providing a suite number or specific floor for office towers ensures the driver uses the correct service entrance or reception area.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is in a restricted medical wing or a secured apartment and cannot be reached, we use the phone number you provided to coordinate a hand-off. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety that maintains the same color and value. Including a direct phone number for the recipient reduces the risk of a failed delivery at locations with limited public access.
