Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various medical offices and secured apartments in Cleveland Heights?

Accepted Answer

Cleveland Heights has many multi-story apartment buildings and converted multi-family homes with several entrances. Provide the unit number and buzzer code or specific entrance instructions at checkout. This information allows the driver to navigate these dense residential layouts and find the correct door.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box, and how does the city's layout affect the drop-off?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered and are never sent in shipping boxes. Many properties in this city feature deep front porches or shared driveways that require clear access. Note at checkout if the delivery should go to a specific side door or if there is a gate at the driveway.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, we look for a sheltered spot on the porch or leave the arrangement with a neighbor in these closely spaced residential blocks. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value and similar color. Including the recipient's phone number helps us manage deliveries to buildings with locked vestibules or limited street parking.
