Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, professional suites, or secured buildings in Shaker Heights?

Accepted Answer

Many residential buildings and professional offices in this city require key-fob access or have a front-desk concierge. Provide the specific suite number, unit code, or floor level at checkout so the driver can access the correct area. This information ensures the arrangement is left with authorized staff or delivered directly to the recipient's door.

Question 2

Are the flowers hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s layout of deep residential setbacks and long driveways. Drivers walk the flowers directly to the entrance rather than leaving them at the street curb. For multi-story residential complexes, we use designated loading zones to reach the lobby or service desk.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, drivers look for a sheltered spot on the porch or behind pillars, as many homes have high visibility from the street. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original style. Providing a working gate code or a contact phone number for secured properties prevents the driver from having to bring the flowers back to the shop.
