Question 1

How are deliveries managed for the medical campuses and corporate office parks in Mayfield?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to these large complexes require a specific building letter, office suite, or department name at checkout. Since these campuses use centralized receiving or security checkpoints, we leave flowers at the designated staff drop-off point. Providing a direct contact number for the recipient ensures we can coordinate with security if they restrict floor access.

Question 2

How does the city layout affect the way flowers are delivered to homes and gated areas?

Accepted Answer

Drivers hand-deliver all orders to ensure they remain stable while traveling through suburban residential streets and private drives. For gated communities or secured buildings, you must provide an entry code or confirm if there is a desk attendant. These access details prevent delays when the property is not open for public entry.

Question 3

What is the process if the recipient is not there to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

At residential addresses, we look for a shaded porch or a side entrance shielded from the street. For corporate offices, we leave the flowers with the front desk or mailroom staff if the recipient is away from their desk. Including the recipient's phone number helps us confirm a safe placement if we cannot reach the specific unit.
