Question 1

How does delivery work for large facilities in South Euclid?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the university campus or medical complexes require a specific building name and room or suite number. These large institutional properties often have restricted entry points or multiple administrative desks that do not accept general packages. Providing a direct phone number for the recipient allows the driver to confirm the correct entrance for these secured buildings.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential and multi-unit buildings?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a box. Drivers navigate the city’s mix of single-family homes and multi-unit complexes using pedestrian buzzers to gain entry. Including a unit number or gate code at checkout ensures the driver can reach the recipient’s door without access delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home at a residential house, the driver will leave the arrangement in a secure area on the porch. For deliveries to secured apartment buildings, we contact the recipient to coordinate entry if no front desk is available. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar stem of equal value to complete the arrangement.
