Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large medical campuses and office towers in Beachwood?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the main reception or security desk for high-rise office buildings and large medical complexes. Provide the specific building name, suite number, or department name at checkout to ensure the courier finds the correct entrance. These details allow our staff to navigate the multiple access points found in these professional zones.

Question 2

Will my flowers be left outside or delivered by hand in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the recipient or a front-desk concierge. In this city's mix of gated residential communities and secure-access condos, we require gate codes or unit numbers to reach the door. Hand delivery prevents arrangements from being left at unmanned security gates or exterior building entrances.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or if a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, we leave the flowers with the building’s concierge or a nearby neighbor and notify the recipient via phone. Provide a direct phone number for the recipient at checkout to help us resolve access issues at secure office towers or private drives. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute a similar type to maintain the arrangement’s size and color.
