Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical campuses or high-rise apartments in Euclid?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific building letter, floor, and suite number for deliveries to medical campuses or multi-story apartment buildings along the lakefront. We deliver directly to the security desk or main reception area for these secured properties. This ensures the driver identifies the correct entrance instead of using general loading docks or staff-only access points.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to homes and businesses rather than shipped in cardboard boxes. On residential streets with narrow driveways or deep setbacks, we deliver to the front porch or main entry. For apartment buildings with lobby-only access, we leave the flowers with the concierge or at the designated delivery station.

Question 3

What happens if the driver cannot access a property or the recipient is not there?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, the driver leaves the flowers with a neighbor or in a secure spot and places a notification on the door. For deliveries to industrial zones or gated complexes, providing a gate code or specific building name prevents the driver from being stopped at the perimeter. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value that maintains the same color scheme.
