Question 1

Can flowers be delivered to local offices and funeral homes?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the residential village streets require a house number and clear street name at checkout. For the cemetery on the village edge or small main-street storefronts, include the specific office name or section number. These details help us distinguish between central village homes and the surrounding farmhouse properties.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to accommodate the village layout of detached homes with large porches. Drivers navigate the transition from paved residential blocks to gravel drives to place orders directly at the front door. Please specify at checkout if the property has a preferred side-entry or a sheltered porch area.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a secure spot on the porch or check with a nearby neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the same arrangement height and colors. Providing a recipient phone number helps us coordinate delivery for residences where property lines transition into open agricultural fields.
