Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large campus and medical facilities in Bowling Green?

Accepted Answer

Because many buildings on the university campus share a single street address, you must provide the specific building name and room number at checkout. For medical centers and professional offices, including the department or suite name helps couriers navigate through separate wings. These details ensure the delivery reaches a staffed desk rather than a general loading dock.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the different areas of the city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to manage the transition from the dense downtown blocks to the spread-out residential streets. We navigate the one-way traffic and limited street parking in the central business district to reach storefronts and offices directly. Providing instructions for side doors or porch access is helpful for residential deliveries where homes are set back from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if there are access issues or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient in a secured apartment or university residence hall is unavailable, we call them to arrange a meeting at the main lobby or secure entrance. If a specific stem is out of stock, we use a flower of equal value that matches the original color palette and size. Providing the recipient's mobile number is the most effective way to prevent delays when building access is restricted.
