Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the professional offices and large residential estates in Pepper Pike?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to low-rise professional offices and medical suites, we bring the arrangement directly to the suite receptionist. On residential properties with long driveways or gated entries, please provide the gate code or specific entry instructions at checkout. These details ensure the driver can reach the front door rather than being stopped at the property perimeter.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes with deep setbacks or large lots?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to navigate this city’s spread-out suburban layout and residences that sit far back from the road. Hand delivery prevents arrangements from being left at a roadside mailbox where they are unprotected. Please specify if there is a side entrance or a specific porch location preferred for properties with multiple entry points.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we leave the flowers in a shaded area near the door that is not visible from the main road. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a bloom of equal value that matches the original style and color. Including the recipient’s phone number helps us coordinate access for deliveries to secured office buildings or gated residential communities.
