Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

Most addresses in this village are private residences located on large, wooded lots with houses set far back from the road. At checkout, you must provide any gate codes and specific instructions for navigating long or shared driveways. These details are necessary because many homes are not visible from the main thoroughfare and require direct property access.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered because the spread-out residential layout and lack of street-side parking make boxed shipping impractical. Drivers pull directly into the private drive to reach the main entrance of the estate. Providing a description of the house color or a unique gate feature helps the driver identify the correct property where house numbers are obscured by trees.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will look for a sheltered spot near the front door that is hidden from the street. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a similar bloom of equal value to ensure the arrangement remains full and balanced. Including a recipient phone number allows the driver to coordinate access if a private entrance is locked or a driveway is blocked.
